HOLLYWOOD FILMING AND THE FILM OFFICE
The Los Angeles based THE FILM OFFICE is proud to announce a new concept in film production - a PRODUCTION SUPERMARKET
Established in 1989, THE FILM OFFICE (formerly known as the “East European Film Office”) has established itself as an important bridge between US film and TV producers and top production companies in a number of countries throughout the world. We try to find countries in which there is interest by the Hollywood film studios as well as independent producers in the USA. Not only are we a US representative for the Barrandov Film Studios in Prague –one of the largest and oldest European studios, but we now also represent production companies in Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, Serbia, Croatia, Brazil, Argentina, and Jordan.
Many American production companies have found that THE FILM OFFICE can help them easily maneuver past the occasionally complicated tangle of cultural and legal obstacles. Our client companies all over the world can service your next project whether it is a large budget Hollywood blockbuster an independent film, TV, a commercial, or a music video. We will help you from the first steps of pre-production (script breakdown, budget, location scouting) through the actual shooting and then all your laboratory and post production needs. We will find out for you the latest information about tax rebates and other incentives available in the countries we represent. We are also in possession of an extensive collection of location photos from these countries.
Many of the client companies we've picked for co-operation are the largest and most experienced production companies in their respective countries. We know that our good name and reputation are on the line.
When it comes to building connections between Hollywood and the film business in Prague, Budapest, Moscow, Kiev, Bucharest, Riga, Belgrade, Zagreb, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and Amman, THE FILM OFFICE is the only name you need to know.
